Cold Hands by E

Australian band Shag Rock offers up the pure indie beach sound you've been waiting for with their single "Cold Hands".

That sweet bass which opens the song is impossible to deny, but add in mellow vocals with a refreshingly full range, lyrics that beg you to fall for them, and a prominent guitar that jibes perfectly with an understated rhythm and you're left with an impossibly addictive track perfect for Fall mornings.

The Kid Has Issues by E

A simply produced video mirrors the attitude of a track which was written and performed solely by Mwansa while maintaining a stark beauty with its unrelenting honesty.

The devolving production comes off as a continual misstep that begins to feel normal and lines "break my heart in half to find a broken heart never heals right, and I try to tell the people that I'm dying, I said I'm dying here" lend a raw emotion to an already powerful track.

Mwansa described his track best with "it’s acceptance. It’s the broken vase you’ve tried to glue back together that doesn’t quite look right. But you have no choice but to live with it.”

Elephants by E

Montreal duo Fire/Works released single "Elephants" and it's equal parts haunting and addictive.

Dipping into sweet vocal runs about a minute in, the song twists into an achingly pure indie rock that promises "I will show you the way to hike the mountains, but don't betray me in the dark" with a steady guitar and sweet harmonica to back it up.

Check out the hypnotic "Elephants" below and get the track from new album Shenanigans, available now.

The Walkyr by E

Light vocals lend a wispy feel to the mellow bass and achingly full piano melody which sucks you in to entrancing single "The Walkyr" from Irish band, Cult Called Man.

Heavy beats fall in line with lines "dream that keeps following me, can't stay awake but I find it hard to get to sleep / and if you call me by another name, I'd only be a different shade of gray" that keep the track grounded, offering up a satisfyingly sturdy antagonist to the wandering melody before drifting into a remarkably fun bridge and the track's sweetly melodic end.
