Circle by E

Jaclyn Rose's "Circle" is slow and building, everything the last single wasn't, showcasing her wide-range and easily accessible sound and while it's everything you would expect from an R&B, electro-pop mix - with its smooth production and sweet vocal hooks all tied up nicely with articulate lines and rich vocals - it's all done so cooly that it stands out from others and remains wholly easy to listen to.

We Have It All by E

If any new release is especially deserving of your full and undivided attention, it's Pim Stones first single off his forthcoming EP. The music speaks volumes with a staggering piano and longing strings wrapped up in achingly gorgeous sentiments and it's still nothing compared to straight-forward lyrics that bare all with ease as Stones' strong vocals carry out the sardonic chorus with faulted fervor. Bleeding lyrics are wrapped in an intriguing mix of major and minor before dropping off at 2:44 only to come back with a resoundingly emotional resolution that'll have you hitting replay as soon as the simple piano melody plays itself out.

Strangers by E

A home video-esque quality to The Rebel Light's "Strangers" evokes the same warm throwback feel inherent in the band's gritty productions and straightforward lyrics, capturing everything that makes this indie So-Cal band stand out from so many others. It's like a modern take on The Monkees with an indie twist and a dash of nostalgia, with enough unabashed truth to the lyrics that you just can't stop listening.
