Memory Man by E

Juke Jaxon's "Memory Man" sounds impossibly familiar, like a strange melting pot of everything from Arctic Monkeys to The Black Keys and Franz Ferdinand to The Raconteurs but still remarkably fresh with a drag you in and get you hooked chorus, the perfectly light touch of brass and dreamy vocal hooks, and an all around beautiful production.

A relaxed beat, soulful vocals, and overall soothingly minimal sound has us addicted and, when it comes down to it, "Memory Man" is one of our favorite tracks of 2016 and we can't wait to hear what the Bristol two piece does next.

Nothing Ever Seems To Last by E

Team William's "Nothing Ever Seems To Last" is weird and dark like a dream slipping away from you with this hopeless optimism still running in the background, and we absolutely love it.

Echoes and memories and whispers and whistles come together on a lilting single from Team William that turns growing up and moving on into a subdued lullaby, so check out the track and follow all the links below for more.

Cassius release video for "Action" featuring Cat Power & Mike D - Press Release by E

French duo Cassius made their return last week with surprise single "Action" featuring Cat Power and Mike D, out now via Interscope / Polydor Records. "Action" marks the group's first new song in years and stays true the classic Cassius sound that helped shape the future of electronic music, while bringing a forward-thinking production attitude honed on recent albums for some of the biggest global artists of our time. The video, directed by the TOILET PAPER crew, follows the band to a playfully-retro tropical dance party that rapidly gets out of hand.

Sons & Daughters by E

The musical genius of Bird of Youth's Beth Wawerna lies in her frank writing style and elusive sound that feels something like the lovechild of Florence + The Machine and LP with an extra shot of unrelenting strength in the heavy but warm beats and gorgeously raw vocals that deliver already great lines with a tangible fervor you can't shake.

In an eloquent 'fuck it', "Sons & Daughters" is all the tiresome frustration of the day to day topped off with a beautifully unforgiving attitude and a bridge so perfect you can't help but get caught up in it.

A music video that plays along and a verse as truly great as "you'll lead them like lambs to slaughter then you bleed them dry and pretend till it's time to skip town again and I'm just looking down the barrel of another dead end" should have you in love with no hope of return, so head to the sites below for more and look for Get Off to be released May 20th.
